We are a specialty shop for “Giro Ramen”, inspired by Jiro-style ramen. We use the same Kaneshi soy sauce as the original Jiro, and the soup is made from raw pork bones carefully cooked for a long time without any odor. The noodles are custom-made extra-thick and straight, and you can choose the intensity of flavor, amount of abura(pork back fat), amount of vegetables, with or without garlic, and with or without ginger on the order sheet.
