We have been offering seasonal ingredients in the season since 1994. We developed “Slightly-roasted bonito with salt”. We announced it in the local information site “Shokuraku Zukan”, and since then, it has been a popular menu. Our chef has managed cooking program on the Kochi Cable Broadcast for 6 years and published a cooking book in 2004. This is a homey tavern where you can hear Tosa dialect.
