NAMAZUYAWe are the restaurant which is specializing for Unagi(Eel) dishes and has 35-year history in front of Gifu Prefectural Office. We have stocked only fresh high-qualified eel from Mikawa-Issiki or Kyushu and begin to cook the eel after receiving the order. Charcoal-grilled eel is crispy outside and fluffy inside. The special sauce tastes light. The eel is fatty but is not so heavy, so it is very popular among female customers.
