We are the restaurant which is specializing for Unagi(Eel) dishes and has 35-year history in front of Gifu Prefectural Office. We have stocked only fresh high-qualified eel from Mikawa-Issiki or Kyushu and begin to cook the eel after receiving the order. Charcoal-grilled eel is crispy outside and fluffy inside. The special sauce tastes light. The eel is fatty but is not so heavy, so it is very popular among female customers.
You can eat the eel in Unagi-don, Hitsumabushi, Una-ju or Shirayaki style.
