Managed by a fisherman, we reasonably offer Pacific bluefin tuna in April and May, and bonito in July through November in addition to various local fish. Sashimi, Sushi, deep-fry or other dishes made from fresh fish are delicious and big! We have not only standard Okinawa dishes but also rare ingredients such as “heart of bonito”.
