We have a casual atmosphere where Jazz flows and where any customers can be relaxed.
You can taste well-prepared dishes which are made from local ingredients, such as fish and vegetables. Moreover, we offer various alcohols from all over Japan. We would like you to enjoy them with our dishes.
うまずらや (Umazuraya)
The delicious dishes cooked with the seafood sent from Yawatahama fishing port and skewers, grilled dried seafood are our special.
The seafood is so fresh that they are swimming in the fish tank just before we cook.
Especially we recommend “Umazura”, filefish sashimi. The clear white flesh is sweet and tastes elegant.
You can enjoy Chugoku and Shikoku local sake that are good with seafood dishes.
はまゆう (Hamayuu)
Please enjoy various fresh fish of “Setouchi” which are delivered directly from the market and over 60 kinds of sake from all over Japan.

This is a hideout-like Italian restaurant on the second floor with a calm atmosphere.
You can enjoy a la carte dishes with chopsticks casually.
The recommended menus which are made from local or seasonal ingredients are written on blackboard at the edge of counter, so please check them out. Since we have 11 counter seats and a lot of male customers, single customers are also highly welcomed.

Our specialty is HISHIO Soba. HISHIO Soba is our special ramen which is made from Shodoshima Soy Sauce and anchovy from Uchinomiwan. Please taste HISHIO Soba with “Shima-meshi”, which is a dish in which Irikobushi and Tukudani are topped on boiled rice.
FUFU Ramen
In order to match with each customer’s taste, we have 4 kinds of ramen soup; Tonkotsu, Soy sauce, Miso and Sichuan-style sesame paste noodle. We are proud of all the ramens. We use various noodles, such as Hakata-style “Straight thin noodles” for Tonkotsu soup, Tokyo-style “Curly thin noodles” for Soy sauce soup and Hokkaido-style “Curly thick noodles” for miso soup, to match with various soup.
