手打蕎麦と地酒の店 えん(En)Our specialty is Handmade Soba(Japanese buckwheat noodle) which is made from local buckwheat flour from Chichibu. We also serve your delicious alcohol, seasonal seafood and mountain products from Chichibu casually. 
MICHINOYA SOBA We have grown various vegetables, such as green leek, Chinese cabbage, green pepper, leek, tomato, Shakushina(pak choi) in home garden, and we are trying “Local production, Local consumption”. We also handmade miso and noodles. You can have a small parties here. We are looking forward to your visit.
