Shinshu Soba & Sake OGISO SEIFUNJOOur Soba is made of 100% of buckwheat flour from Shinshu and is served just as milled and boiled. Since we start boiling Soba at your order, you can eat fresh Soba. At lunch time, we offer the genuine Shinshu Soba as self-service style. Large, Medium or Small sized Soba are all 540yen. At dinner time, you can enjoy local cuisine or alcohol. We have the wide variety of local alcohols and Soba Shochu.
