Fanbogi ファンボギAging leads “delicious roast beef” and “delicious meat”.
We buy beefs mainly from accountable producers. You can eat the meat roasted by Binchou coal with seasonal vegetables which we keep in special wooden cold-storage. Also we have many kinds of Chinese tea which wipe off fat and help digestion, and the eight kinds of assorted cuisines recommended by our shopkeeper.
Furaibo 風来坊 We have always stocked the special chicken wings which are particular for quality, quantity and length. Retaining juiciness of the chicken, we fry it twice to become crispy and tender. Then we brush with condiments and special pepper and sesame. The deliciousness of the chicken wings is perfect in the view of from how to dish up to how to eat, and the cooking method was also born in Furaibo.
