Our specialty is “Black Agu Pork” which is limited in quantity. There are few restaurants in Okinawa that serve Shabu-shabu of “Black Agu Pork”, including handmade dumpling, local chicken ball and Okinawa soba.
Stocking Okinawa’s local ingredients, we are trying to entertain our customers. There are both counter seats and private rooms so that various customers can come. There is held a Bar time, when you can drink as much as you please.

YAMAGENWe directly select and purchase whole Okinawan black wagyu beef cows at auction.
By buying whole cows, we can ensure freshness and low prices! We also focus on ingredients other than beef, such as Yamahara Agu pork and Yamahara herb chicken.
