We offer Sendai’s Specialty Beef tongue. We use the high-qualified Australian branded Beef. We use soft part of Beef tongue not to use tip of tongue, age it after seasoning and grill it by charcoal fire. We offer elaborate dishes such as tail soup which is simmered for 5 hours and burnt boiled barley and rice.
