Our ramen noodle restaurant is one of the best noodle restaurants in Shiga.
The homemade noodle is cooked at our noodle factory. The soup is made of soy sauce stock by seaweed and shavings of dried bonito, chicken and vegetables.
The noodle and soup go really well.
