For 20 years since our opening, we have only used local products from Izumo and been supported by many people.
We have fresh fish from San-in Japanese sea such as Izumo Shrine Port.
We also serve the biggest freshwater clam from Shinji lake, which has the beautiful sunset, Fresh eel and white bait. High-qualified Shimane beef and Nita rice from Oku-Izumo are available as well.
Besides, we have cocktails, special shochu (grain, rice, sweet potato) and special selected local sake.
